Our partner’s laboratory in Italy contains over 3,130 samples of marble, granite and artificial stone from around the world. Each sample is carefully preserved and cataloged by type, origin and morphological characteristics. This database is essential for the development of diamond tools capable of operating with maximum efficiency and accuracy.
Thus, we can analyze the material to be processed by our customers and respond to their requirements in real time.

4. Diamond wire assembly
A diamond wire is essentially composed of four main components:
- Steel wire formed by 7 secondary cables with different diameters depending on the type
- Electroplated or sintered diamond beads, the active part of the ensemble
- Springs, rubber or plastic that protects the steel cable from the abrasive action of the stone
- Accesories like spacers, locking rollers, connecting sockets
We assemble the wire using a hydraulic press provided by the prestigious company Pellegrini, world leader in machinery and equipment for quarries.
5. Reconditioning of diamond tools (blades, wheels, drill bits, etc.)
We recondition sintered diamond tools (by rewelding new segments), vacuum-brazed or electroplated (by plating the metal core with new diamond grains).
- Rewelding – the welding of new diamond segments either by silver soldering or by Laser technology
- Replating with vacuum-brazed diamonds
- Electroplating diamond grains in electrolytic bath
